iQuanti ALPS put its roadmap on evidence
iQuanti is a digital marketing and analytics firm working with large enterprise brands. ALPS is its enterprise SEO platform, which uses data science to guide search strategy for big sites.
The ALPS team lacked reliable analytics on how enterprise users engaged with the platform. It was hard to show which features clients used or to prove value at renewal time.
SEO performance signals were also captured inconsistently. Product decisions were limited by gaps in the evidence.
Engagement instrumentation
We defined an event taxonomy for how enterprise users work in ALPS, covering logins, feature use and key workflows. Events carry account and user context so usage can be read per client.
Event tracking through GTM
Tracking was implemented in GA4 through Google Tag Manager with a data layer agreed with engineering. This kept the setup maintainable as the platform added features.
SEO signal measurement
We built consistent measurement for the SEO performance signals ALPS reports on. These now sit in the same reporting as usage data.
Reporting infrastructure
We set up reporting that brings usage and SEO outcomes together in one place. Product and client teams can see adoption and results side by side.
Data validation
We checked event data against known user activity and platform records before anyone relied on it. Platform insights are trustworthy as a result.
- Platform usage and the SEO signals ALPS reports on are measured cleanly and reliably.
- Enterprise engagement is tracked and reported.
- SEO signals are reported consistently alongside usage data.
- Roadmap decisions are guided by usage and outcome data.
