Intrivo had analytics it could trust from launch

The client

Intrivo is a US health technology company known for at-home diagnostics, including rapid tests sold directly to consumers. Its digital properties carry both product information and online sales.

The challenge

Intrivo needed GA4 built properly from the start. Analytics that is pieced together over time tends to drift, and the team wanted measurement it could rely on from the first day.

Several digital properties were not yet measured at all. There was no shared plan for which events and conversions mattered or how they should be named.

What we did
Measurement planningGA4 implementationConversion tracking

Measurement plan

We worked with the team to define the business questions, key conversions and supporting events for each property. The plan set naming rules and parameters so every property reports the same way.

Event and conversion tracking

We built GA4 event and conversion tracking to the plan, covering engagement, product interest and purchase steps. Conversions were marked in GA4 so they flow into reporting and ad platforms.

Tag management

All tracking was implemented through Google Tag Manager with a clear container structure and workspace process. Changes can be reviewed and published without touching site code.

Validation

Every event and conversion was tested in preview and debug mode and checked in reports before go-live. The team started using the data only once it had been confirmed.

Documentation and handover

We documented the measurement plan and tag setup so the team could extend it. New pages and properties can follow the same rules.

What changed
  • Analytics is built to a measurement plan.
  • Data was validated and dependable from day one.
  • Events and conversions are tracked across Intrivo digital properties.
  • The team has documentation to extend tracking consistently.
